    Tessa Lindop acted for me in connection with matters ancilliary to financial topics relating to my divorce. Despite charging me £1700 per month she failed to prevent the entire contents of the matrimonial home being removed by my former wife, failed to ensure I had access to the family car, a Jaguar S Type, failed to prevent the sale of the vehicle, failed to prevent the sale proceeds of the car from used by my former wife to pay her solicitors.

    I was only told that the car had been sold after returning from a holiday to Cyprus and 5 days after the car was sold by a garage not named in my ex wifes solicitors letter.

    Nothing was done to prevent any of it.

    All of This was done notwithstanding she was told over and over again about such matters and to take basic preparatory steps.

    When I lodged a complaint she said she was not a "solicitor advocate". As much use as a chocolate teapot. I think she is completely incompetant and did everything to enhance my ex wife's position, lets face it she could not have done a poorer job.

    Even on the final financial order she was adamant I would come away with something. Did I ? Course not.

    I would not trust her to wash my car down, let alone act for me.

    Totally useless. I wish I had dealt with things myself. I'm sure that my 7 year old daughter could have undertaken things better.
