My names Nadia Feldmeier & my grandmother was killed by medical negligence!. My grandmother is a victim of the medical & Legal system!

We have been fighting for Justice to date,now six years...still ongoing etc, On the 23 March 2006 Thursday at 4pm ish, Mr Adrian Oliver (SENIOR PARTNER OF DOLMANS) ASSAULTED myself!.

I was peacefully protesting outside 'DOLMANS' in line with the public order act subsection -complying with advanced police permission etc . (Inorder to obtain Justice for my grandmother) (Mr ADRIAN OLIVER- had targeted myself the previous week by being abusive & hostile) ADRIAN OLIVER- came out of the building storming towards me,saying,'THIS IS COMING DOWN!,'THIS IS COMING DOWN'. (OUR EIGHT FOOT BANNER!) He then proceeded to attempt to remove our banner. I stood firm,he forcefully prized my fingers apart pushing me in different directions,forcefully using his body weight strength against me.Hitting my chest as he angerily is forceing me out the way.

Chasing me around the pole.(scaffholding) Threatening & provocation-telling me,' I'm not to assault him' !.'He said,'You wont assault me'!.I said,'But your assaulting me!!!'..(standing the whole time in my face) I did not fight back.I shouted to him & his colleage that stood by watching,to take his hands off me,over & over.

He did not listen. Mr Oliver said,What do i mean,that i want his hands off my person/body? etc,... Adrian Oliver then said,'I'm Tresspassing.I said, im not,i then said you are tresspassing on my person!.He said mockingly,'What do i mean?'..... I shouted over & over for him to stop pushing/shoving me.There were many witnesses looking. Then he said,im going to get scissors!.he went into building came back with a pair!.Pointing & waving them at me.Assaulting me-pushing &shoving me forcefully again.I said ill call the police if you dont take your hands off me!, Stating to me,'i wont assault him',Taunting,'You havent got a solicitor', he said,'Whos your solicitor then?'.He then chased me around the scafholing again,with the scissors open trying to cut string off(holding up the banner)he then said he will have me done for waisting police time

An concered member of the public,a gentleman tried to come to my aid-He told MR ADRIAN OLIVER to leave me alone & told him to calm down!MR OLIVER was extremly rude to him.He spat out it was none of his business & told him to go away!.

I was in a emotionally distressed state crying, shaking.I managed to get my mothers attention(was across the road) & summoned her to hurry to me.When she crossed she told Mr ADRIAN OLIVER to get away from me & to get his hands off me.He was verbally obnoxious to my mother.

I rang 999-Who was still standing infront of me with the medium sized silver scissors. A lady came over to me & asked am i alright?.i said,i have just been assaulted.She said,'she knows because,'WE ALL SAW IT' she told me she works across the road in HODGE BANK-her & her colleages had watched from the window.... The police did NOT want to know. CORRUPT ADRIAN OLIVER WAS NOT ARRESTED!!!. had to ring police twice! before they would come. My mother & i heard.....the two public servants said.They said to each other....'HOW DO YOU WANT TO DO THIS?...ARREST?..... He WASNT!... DOLMANS SOLICITORS DO ALOT OF WORK FOR THE POLICE FORCE!.....BIASED????? We have been fighting since june 2001.How much longer will society keep protecting the professional??????????.We have no choice but to peacefully protest due to the corruptions preventing my grandmother obtaining justice!.... I have been arrested once & my disabled mother twice!.but ARIAN OLIVER NEVER!... We had four court hearings! Two of the judges lied!!! we have their lies in the transcripts!....any body with power who could do anything about their corruptnesses is also corrupt!!!.

Wrote to the law society re;Adrian Oliver they didnt want to know! We are currenly outside daily the hospital that killed my grandmother naming & shaming the two lying consultants & corrupt biased chief excutive!!! i can be contacted on () 07875 273221 He was threatening,abusive,insulting to me.Using insulting words,mocking me,bullying & intimidated & taunted me. Causing me alarm,distress & fear for my safety.

Harassing me. I was on my own.
