Ashfords Solicitors - London WC2

The local authority use this firm. sent me threatening letters, with prison etc which are legally technically incorrect.

Apparently despised by other housing solicitors. notorious for being very aggressive and underhand. responsible for my sons loss of a school place at a private school on a bursary as refused to adjourn.

Took an injunction for access against me despite solicitors trying to arrange mutual inspection for a year. took it knowing my son had an audition at a school during the holidays in 2007. their solicitors and instructed barristers have committed contempt of court too many times to mention. they have the protection of the county courts. after they run the courts. bring them good business I believe. they breached confidentiality and the solicitors are acting on instructions further to a personal grudge by their client rather than sensible business.

Solicitors are abusive, make up lies and have tried to dissuade every solicitor from helping me whether to do with a housing matter or a PI matter, in which their client admitted liability and then withdrew it by making a deal with a corrupt barrister who did not have my authority. they continue to harass my son and I. The HOusing office have even managed to get one or two others to complete lie about events and have been particularly nasty by making false allegations about my family and I to another department in the Local Authority, even though they were not even present at the time in my home. The Solicitor Victoria Bonnent responsible for my sons loss of opportunity on the instructions of Mr R. Evans no doubt at the housing department.

Woman was absolutely a creature from damnation. The barristers that they use at Hailsham Chambers, are equally not to be trusted as they will use any trick in the book to try and win and will use their influence and power against ordinary layperson like myself, by drawing anyone into their game, including the Court and Judges. Nasty bunch of people.

The barrister Luke Wygrass that they use, is a curious kettle of fish and liked by Judges. In the game of litigation, it is won on this only and not on evidence or anything else.

Judges appear to like blondes. whether female or male. I recommend that we all dye our hair blonde to ensure a fair trial.
