Asks for correspondence more than once says he cannot find it and implies it will cost you less if you supply it again once supplied then tells you you are sending too much correspondence and to stop then adds it all up and presents a wacking great bill tells you he will charge you less if you agree to more than his estimate then because you as for a final bill which he will not supply takes the money from your account and passing on the rest that's owing without permission or a final bill.

Sends financial statements with wrong amounts on that add up bit by bit in his favour. Does not listen to proper instructions picks arguments down the telephone demands things then tells you he is charging £200.00 for it and tells you you are the rubbish person he's ever set eyes on.

Takes instructions from the other side and writes to you saying you have acted against his advise when he has given you two options and he's messed up strings things along making more paperwork and more phone calls and doesn't get on with it sits on things and then tells you it taken a lot of time an will have to charge you for it all when he caused it in the first place. Tries his best to verbally bully and in writing by saying if you don't agree to my charges i will not pass on your money, holds money back in his bank account and doenot pass on the interest. Emails instead of writes he know this is not 100% legal.

Basically a complete and utter arse hole doesn't deal with complaints properly is so incompetent gets words misspelt on important documents.

Personally think he's starting to go down the path of a crooked solicitor and thinks his clients have not rights and it is his right to bully them shout at them and lie to them even in writing a lazy bastard that gets you to do all the work and then when you send it to him looses it so you have to send again then charges you!
