I Raymond Ashley dealt with Janice Hook ongoing 2003-2007 regarding a stone wall case of Vibration White Finger, and from the off after my medical with the very expert in Liverpool who diagnosed this matter and has written many books on VWF and used not only in this Country but also America, and at all times she said I had a very good claim against the last builders firm I worked for.

From the off the builder told blatant lies in claiming that I had never worked for them, when I produced compelling evidence and a witness statement that I most certainly had, and even their own so called experts evidence was discredited by a neurologist.

The evidence was all one sided in my favour and their evidence was none existent, eventually after much obstruction from their Solicitors to go before the Courts.

I received a phone call on my birthday November 2007 from Janice Hook telling me to settle at £2,000, and that if I didn't agree then they would remove it from the table by 9-30 the following morning on the limitation act.

She had actually made a deal with them on a 50/50 basis then withheld the £2,000 for a number of months which was dated when she made the settlement.

Health Warning do not deal with this firm of tossers.
