Brabners Chaffe Street

Whilst attempting to sort out a long dispute with Liverpool Housing Trust (LHT). I had the delight of being run around by Brabners.

In one phone call I asked to speak to the contact I had been given. Yet again she was not there, so I asked the person I was talking to, either Liz or Viccy to put me through to their Boss.

I was told "Oh you think your important don't you". "How dare you" I replied I then asked again to speak to someone more senior. I was told "What are you going to to do, come down and assault us". I put the phone down, redialed and tried unsucessfully to speak to some else. Sometime later I received a phone call from Constable 1990 Hicklin, who claimed to have email I had sent threatening Liz and Viccy. I hadn't sent any emails to Brabners that day.

He tried to get me to confess and said if I didn't he's come around and arrest me. I told him I'd see him later. The next day he turned up. I asked to see the email, he refused to show me them. He then said "these people are solicitors they must be telling the truth".

He then left saying yet again I'll be back to arrest you. I said "see you in court". The next thing I received was a letter from Brabners which I returned unopened. Then a few days later another letter this time badly disguised which I took to the Police, if Brabners have involved the police the police should sort it out. Several years passed in trying to find out what was going on.

I complained to Merseyside Police at one point only to have Inspector Damian Walsh come around and threaten me, "get you window fixed and move out or I'll take you computer away" was his threat.

I approached Mersyside Police Authority members and was simply abused. I decided to attend their public AGM and was arrested by DCC Jon Murphy and released without charge. I applied under DPA for the CCTV video but before it could arrive I was ASBOed, and it never did arrive Paul Johnson of MPA withheld the video, recently the Information Commissioner decided that that was a breach of the DPA.

When the documents connected to the ASBO where made available to me it appears the Brabners Chaffee and Streets did not claim any more that I sent email to them threatening there staff but claimed I had done in verbally over the phone, they further claimed that they had recorded the conversation but rather than submit the recordings to the police they had taken dictation under the supervision of Mark Manley , a brabners staff member who is also a Deputy District Judge.

There reasons for doing this is not explained, . as lawyers they must have realised the reduced value of a dictation compared with a recording that can be subjected to forensic analysis. Also what is not explained is how in one phone call I managed to threaten two people.

To me either the recording was changed and the dictation was taken accurately off the faked recoding with Manley unaware that he was being duped or the dictation bears no relationship to any recoding forged or not. Either way not best practice.
