    I instructed this firm on a housing matter against Plymouth City Council.

    I am disabled and my home was condemned unfit for human habitation by a joint expert.

    Having proved I spent in excess of £18,000 in my rented home from Plymouth City Council as a secure tenant.

    A month before the hearing Lingard expected me to settle for £1000 put into my rent account and Plymouth City would consider rehousing me.

    1. I have Chris Lingard on tape recording try to get a psychiatrist to say I was paranoid.

    2. Three day before the hearing Lingard and Dell left me high and dry and withdrew from the case.

    I tried to sue them but it’s difficult when you are dealing with a corrupt Judges at Plymouth County Court.

    I have proof !!!
