    Overcharging Recently Ben Whelan signed a bill on behalf of FDC Law claiming rates of £173/hr for Elaine Pitman (legal executive ILEX - see earlier post) and £190/hr for himself. (£203.28 and £223.25 inc. VAT).

    Bills MUST be signed by a partner and (according to the Law Lords) falsely signing such a bill is a "most serious disciplinary offence" In fact, FDC Liar's "rates" were capped by a contract to just £145/hr for BOTH.

    An attempt to SERIOUSLY overcharge? Is it Fraud when one tries to obtain money by deception?

    I DO suggest you ALL avoid FDC Law like the plague. I would like to hear from the Gentleman who made the recent post about Patricia Wayman and (if possible) whoever made the even earlier post about "Pat Wayman".

    I think we should compare notes about this firm. Anyone can email me through the "legalbullies" website - or just Google "FDC Law" BTW - Patricia Wayman was ousted by her partners just over a year ago... at least, this is what I was told by one Gentleman who told me he was suing the firm... according to Wayman she "retired".

    If anyone has any further information on these crooks I'd love to hear from you. Thanks for reading. Spenser Poultney
