    Richard tolson under the the sale of our flat.

    It was a straight forward sale with no chain but yet MR Tolson took months to do anything.

    He would not return our calls and then had the cheek to say that we were being demanding.

    He was actaully verbally rude to us on the phone and when we made a formal complaint against him he said it was our fault for wanting too much.

    Richard Tolson delayed our sale by about 2 months costing us a huge amount in mortgage payments.

    He is rude, lazy and unhelpful.

    I strongly advise anyone considering using Mr Tolson to find someone else.

    I have nothing good to say about our experience with Richard Tolson Barnard at Co.
