    In December 1990, I broke my back and neck in a car accident that was not my fault. Further injuries were caused by two doctors and a physiotherapist, and because of the failure to treat my original injuries , I have a rare and incurable spine disease.

    Medical records untruthfully say that I had a whiplash injury and a psychological disturbance had prevented my recovery. A surgeon provided the fake medical evidence that a solicitor used to construct an entirely fraudulent insurance claim and doctors, solicitors, police and others covered up what had happened.

    The fraud deprived me of my rights in law, and ensured that none of those involved were answerable for their crimes. David Russell is named because, as the senior partner of the legal firm that concluded my personal injury case, he had a duty to disclose that his firm had evidence of the fraud and his failure to disclose made him party to the fraud.
