    This man is a total crook.

    We went to him about a house sale/purchase. Only later did I find out that that he has an 'arrangement' with a local estate agency - the same agency that was selling the property we wanted to buy.

    He was pretending to advise us but this was nonsence because he was obviously taking part of the commssion from the agent.

    BEWARE OF THESE SOLICITORS. THEY ARE CON MERCHANTS
