    I think Mrs Farooq was a paralegal not a solicitor and to say she was useless is an understatement.

    She nearly made our house sale fall through due to her over cautiousness and refusal to communicate with anyone in the chain including her clients - our buyers!!

    If we did ever get a communication it was by fax and was vaguer than vague! When we and our buyers put our feet down and reported Mrs Farooq and her general lack of use to her bosses, the Office Managers, they completely got the hump with our buyers and on our supposed day of exchange and completion told our buyers they could find another solicitor - charming. I also think they are racist as they a mainly Asian firm, were extremely rude to our buyers who are of African origin.

    We re-named this firm Tin-pot and co during our enforced dealings with thwm and would receommend anyone to avoid them like the plague!!!! Our solicitor who was extremely efficient, told me that they have a reputation for being completely obstruction and generally useless.
