    My poor brother was supposedly recorded by Merseyside police having a twenty minute conversation with my father, that alluded to a drugs deal.

    The solicitor mentioned above, evaded the question of having the recording analysed by a professional or inferred he was about to, or had done.

    It was the main evidence in the case against my brother. He never played the tape to him whilst he was on remand & refused to give any members of the family my brother's case papers.

    My brother was forced into pleading guilty by his legal team, both my sister and I were sent down to the cells to make him sign a confession, We were terrorised into believing that his legal team had done all they could and if he didn't plead he would face a 35 year sentence.

    It has now transpired that my brother wasn't even in this country when the supposed recording took place.

    The recording is a series of snippets of conversation that took place over two years. Adrian Macho, when pressed to hand over a copy of the tape, had a member of his staff reveal to us that he had never even had a copy of it himself.

    The main evidence! This man, in my opinion is far worse than the bent coppers who set my brother up.

    I'd beg anyone never to use him.
