    Delayed forwarding documents to courts for directions hearing back in May 2000. Received letter of apology.

    Did not have directions hearing until 28th September 2000. Did not see my Son till 21st Oct 2000.

    He failed to inform me about 'Shared residence orders'. And, also failed to inform me that 'contact orders' can and are broken.

    I was the main carer for my Son before i left. I was a victim of 'domestic abuse'. In the six months i was denied access to my Son i continued to pay my ex money for my Son's upbringing.

    Mr Gee from the outset advised me to stop payments, Stating " why pay when your being denied access? ". Failed to advise that i could question the Cafcass officer on the contents of the cafcass report. I was to see this report AFTER the hearing that took place on the 7th Dec 2000.

    I did not receive a copy of the Cafcass report until 4th Jan 2001. In November 2004 i received the bundle from the proceedings during 2000-2001.

    Upon reading through the documents i came across a ' Nursury report' and ' Statement of respondent'.

    I had not seen or received these during the proceedings of 2000-2001.
