    This solicitor did not bother to read the papers.

    After buying our freehold house there were common land payments he did not tell us about and we were stuck with unless we sell our house.

    He did not bother to read the search results properly. The solicitor claims he does not do work in a conveyor belt manner but from our experience they do just that.

    He did not bother to explain but just treated us like we did not pay him enough money and he needed to rush though as many people as possible. He was too arrogant to see us afterwards probably because he knows we would never use him again.

    Someone told us to go to the citizens advice bureau. So the citizens advice bureau next to his office are now aware he did not reply to us.

    We made a complaint to the law society about him. The solicitor gave the excuse to the law society he was on holiday.

    So during the time between our complaint and going to the law society, no one told we were not being ignored. More like he waited until the law society investigated our case.

    How can they claim to be working for their clients?

    I was reduced to tears due to the worry and stress. Better still just make sure you use a solicitor who does his work diligently and is not so arrogant.
