    This firm may not be criminal, perhaps they are just incompetent.

    I was a beneficiary of a small will for which they acted as executors.

    They took over three years to perform this fairly simple task, were evasive and unresponsive, lied, and finally charged over £10,000 for the privilege.

    The letter I received after three years managed to spell my name in three different ways on one page and included a cheque made out to a different beneficiary, luckily someone I know.

    I have little or no recourse to complaints since they were not acting for me but for the estate.
