Dickinson Parker Hill - Ormskirk

After a very unsatisfactory consultation and dealings with Paul Jackson solicitor at Marsdens in Chorley, Lancashire, I was told an other firm of Solicitors in Liverpool to consult Mrs Allen.

Mrs Allen was nice on the telephone but as soon as we got there she made us wait for an hour in the waiting room whilst she bitched in her office about some member of her family, for all to hear, in a room with the door open off the main hall adjacent to the waiting room, this was not professional or encouraging from the tone of her distain and bitching.

My daughter and I were then shown into her office at which point she ordered my daughter very rudely to leave the room, so that didn't go down well....manners and sensitivity cost nothing. She told me to 'shut up' whilst she read a statement I had written about the case (at her request, prior to the consultation). Having done so she proceeded to tell me that Social Services had a right to investigate me and I needed to befriend and trust them and that if I didn't change my atitude they would take my daughter off me". I was outraged.

FASO (False Allegations Support Organization) have always maintained that I have a right to complain as we have been wrongfully abused by Social Services and been more than co-operative despite this abuse. And FASO have sat in on all meetings so far between Social Services and my family so they are in a position to judge, unlike Mrs Allen.

FASO are also outraged at Mrs Allen. Mrs Allen spoke to me like dirt, as did Paul Jackson at Marsdents, both of who told me they had a 'good relationship with Social Services' so whose side are they on? Certainly NOT the clients that's for sure! I felt so depressed after consulting both of these solicitors that I decided to engage a solicitor out of the area and drove to Leicester to see John Atkinson ar Nelsons Solicitors and was treated with courtesy and sensitivity by John Atkinson who I would recommend highly to anyone.

John Atkinson was appalled by the behaviour of both Mrs Allen and Paul Jackson.

I would NOT recommend Mrs Allen to anyone nor Paul Jackson at Marsdens in Chorley either, both are arrogant and rude and add insult to injury.
