Andries & Colleagues - Germany

Huppertz is a man who has no idea about German Employment Law his only allegiance is to Hitler's Law on Legal Advice 13th December 1935, which conveniently sweeps all other law aside if necessary, even the Constitution, in Germany.

Huppertz was so eager to take me on as a client, after I had sacked my first lawyer Gillessen.

He was even dictating letters to get hold of the court papers whilst I was talking to him.

He at no time told me that his firm of lawyers worked in co-operation with the solicitors contracted to the MoD(UK) in Germany. The MoD(UK) incidentally, refused to name their lawyers because they knew I was tracking their cheating and use of the said NAZI law, to fix numerous hearings.

A few weeks later, after coming back from holiday, Huppertz had read the judgement, the contract of employment and, the law on the subject and, subsequently wrote saying he could not see how I could win.

This proves without doubt that Huppertz is either illiterate, stupid, or as I now know, totally allegiant to the NAZI law.

He failed to see that the judgement at no time mentioned the law being contested.

It could not be mentioned because I won automatically under it.

This was proved in another case, where the employer (private) lost and the court made it clear that supplements for night work had to be paid on health grounds.

I even have paperwork from the employer that makes it clear that shift supplements cannot be negotiated away.

Huppertz even failed to see that parts of the contract that were within the law had been deliberately missed out of the judgment, making the contract illegal as written in the verdict.

The MoD (UK) also admitted in writing that they had been lying in court to win on such a ridiculous point that even a child could see it was such.

Huppertz deliberately wrecked my appeal period because he was working to protect the German Government and MoD(UK) by using the NAZI law.
