    I was buying a commercial property and this solicitor told the vendor she was selling too cheap and he put in a higher offer.

    The vendor refused his offer out of principle. That evening another solicitor from Swansea called Andrew Stephens made her yet a higher offer followed the next day by a higher offer yet agaiin trying to gazzump me.

    Goldstone even rung the vendors son to persuade him to tell his mother not to sell to me but to his solicitor pal.
